If we have had five major ice ages and several mini-icw ages does that mean there have been at least that many instances of global warming? The last mini ice age ended about 150 years ago, about the time we started keeping track of tempature readings, would this explain our the current trend? After all if you have a thermometer and walk out of an ice-age with it, you would expect to see the mercury rise. What caused all those other global warming perriods? I don't think it was dino's tooling around in thier SUVs.

Dude,
This is really bad news. After watching "Day after Tomorrow", I just got rid of my Oneill 3/2 wetsuit and replaced it with a gnarly 24 millimeter one. Now you're telling me there's no ice age coming? Dude, I'm bummed.
