Session 3, Day 2, 2009

Enjoying snack by the lagoon.
Today the campers did an obstacle course of hopscotch, walking a line, moving in a figure eight… but they were wearing goofy goggles. The lenses on the goofy goggles are made from prisms and when you look through them everything looks kind of funny and on a slope. These same goggles are also used at the exhibit, Hoop Nightmares.

Hopscotch!

The teams cheered on their teammates.

Walking the line with the goofy goggles is a lot harder than it looks.

In the afternoon some of the campers experimented with sound and played records using a pencil, tape, a needle, and a piece of paper.
