Tree sap is a good natural substitute for store bought gum. Seriously.

Chewing Gum's now are mostly replacement for those people engaged to smoking.  Here in the Philippines, many Call Center Agents love to smoke.  But they all know that it would be bad to have to much.  Some have adopt to chewing gum than puffing the cigarette.  Its now a useful substance.

I heard that chewing gum is good for you, because you get extra oxygen from chewing. and that's good for your brain.
But that would mean that those people chewing gum loudly would be really smart....weird.

I love to chew a gum esp.after smoking just to defend the air comes out to my mouth. But we all know the very fact that gums are advisable to the person who has a bad breath esp.in morning days. Some of us suffer from the bad air coming out to the person we face we are mingling and to the person you are with. However chewing gums may cause bad to our stomach esp.when we are hungry and tired.!

Don't chew chewing gum. Most chewing gum is sweetened with aspartame. Short and long term use of aspartame has been closely linked with cancer, diabetes, neurological disorders, and birth defects.

I totally agree. Aspartame is even in "diet" soda.
