I usually have a can of condensed milk in the fridge and use a little of that for scrambled eggs.  It does not burn and the eggs stay nice and fluffy.

I always use butter to make scrambled eggs. Melt butter so that it covers the base of saucepan and it really is much tastier than adding water or milk.

It doesn't matter what you put in it as long as you have poured your passion as you cook it. When you cook with love, your taste buds are going to sing as the flavors explode inside your mouth.

I use sour cream - I prefer the richer flavor.

Now that, I would try!  I always like to add grated cheese.

Electric Mixers and Blenders - There's no need to shy away from these time-saving devices if they are used correctly. Electric mixers should be set to a moderate speed that approximates hand-whisking. The same rules of over-mixing apply.

Eggs mixed in a blender should be "blended" for 20 to 25 seconds. Set the mixture aside for a couple minutes before cooking to let the foam settle.

1 bar of chocolates has close to 400 calories from fat. If you eat fifty percent a chocolate bar a day, you have to balance individuals 200 calories from fat by eating a smaller amount of something else. Eliminate other desserts or treats and substitute them with dark chocolate to keep your own total calories from fat the same.

I think the secret to a fluffy scrambled is not to over cook it. Once it becomes solid/whole in the pan then that's it! My kids also love it when it has cheese inside. yummy. . .
