WOW THAT IS ALOT OF CHEESE. Whenever I make BBQ pizza this is how I do it (as somebody who can't stomach too much dairy, and caters to vegetarians).

1) Make your regular pizza dough
2) Press out into a large pizza pan
3) Spread 1 1/2 cup of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce on crust. Then 2 cups of Mozz cheese.
4) Add 1 cup of tomatoes
5) Add 1 cup of fake chicken
6) Add about a half-cup of white onion diced, and green onion
7) Add about another cup of cheddar and provolone cheese.
8) Cook in a 425 degree oven till done.

That's how I make my BBQ pizza.

What I find is that it's great to make a cheesy crust.

When making the dough, make it slighter thicker round the edges then fold the top over and under that fold place some cheese.
Really simple and a wow factor and taste.

One of the most important aspects of a pizza is the tomato sauce!

You can make this easily and very tasty:

Chup up one union and two pieces of garlic.
Let them fry on low fire for a minute or two.

Then take some peeld tomatoes in can (good quality) and put it in your pan with the unions and garlic.

Put some salt and black (fresh) pepper to it. Also some fresh basil.

Let it cooke untill its a jam.

And that's it, you'll have a nice and sweet tomato sauce for your pizza.

You can also spice it up with a red pepper.
