boil the pasta and set it aside. Fry vegetables and spices properly and add pasta and mix the ingredients. Add sauces and salt according to taste and serve hot.

It is very simple to make, just put it in a pot with boiling water. Stir it so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot and once it starts floating it is done. You can test it by throwing it at a door if it sticks it is done for sure Tongue

Hi there,

I want to inform you about a nice experiment that I did the last week. Actually, I wanted to test if there is a connection between the type of the Pasta and the type of its suitable sauce.

So, I found out that long Pasta, as an example, does not fit that good to sauce that is very liquid in nature. The sauce in this case will not be well-absorbed and the Pasta will not be that tasty.

On the other hand, using Pasta that enjoys flat surface is very wise in case your sauce contains meet. In this case, the wide surface of the Pasta will host the meat and you will enjoy the taste of both, i.e. the Pasta and the sauce.

I hope it helps everyone here _:)

It is not hard. You put water to boil. Add your pasta in the boiling water. From time to time you can check out how soft it is. when you think it is soft enough, throw it against a wall, and if it sticks then it is supposed to be cooked.

1. Fill up a pot of water
2. Add a teaspoon of salt into the water (helps water boil faster)
3. Add your pasta into the pot
4. Boil for 7 mins

Tada!

Seriously...just follow the directions on the package. I have always found the time estimates to be pretty close.

My only advice is to use a big pot, with lots of water and lots of salt.

Peel the onion and cut into two piece and then put the onions in water for a few minutes. This helps.

Boil the water and add some slat. The salt helps keep it from stciking together.

Check box it should say how long to boil it. I lower temperature so it slowly boils and does not over flow. I like to stir pasta for first 3 minutes then i let it cook the rest of the time. this way it never sticks together.

You can get spegatti sauce in jar from store pour into pot and warm it up. You can add seasoning if you like and make sure to get some parmisan cheese at the store for adding on top.

I'm Italian and I have to say that is not so difficult to cook well pasta, but very few people outside Italy are able to do it good.

The secret is: good quality of pasta (Barilla is one of the best) and keep to mix during the cooking.
