Hi everyone!! I just discovered this website when I was hunting up some training materials for a few newbies, and I was wondering what kind of things float the boats of those who post here. 
  I'm in the Nashville, TN area, big into seafood, mediterranean cuisine, and all around cool food.  I would love to share recipes, ideas, and outlandish experiments with anyone who wants, particularly in thew vein of some fresh ideas for a new summer menu.
