Will washing the grapes remove the pesticide and fungicide, or is it absorbed in to the fruit, which is kind of worrying if it has.

I love sour dough bread and want to give it a try. I have a bunch of red grapes sitting on the counter and thought now would be a good time to give it a try. Does anyone have a starter recipe they could recommend?
