Meat ,our bodies need the protein at least my body does. I tried the vegetarian thing for a while and I become weak and I was craving a nice steak. so, I had a steak and I felt much better. I don't like all the steroids and stuff they put in farm raised cattle I prefer the pristine, steroid free meat of wild game. Venison, goose cooked right it is fantastic.

Well, In Asia people do eat meat, vegetables and all stuff allowed by their religion (Islam) and they are as fit and healthy as other nations. until unless we eat a balanced diet and never do overeating there is nothing wrong to eat either.

The "methane" argument is one of the most absurd arguments there is for vegeterianism. The industrial farming of wheat, corn, soy and other "vegeterian" products hurts the environment way more than a few cow farts do.

I am for grass fed meat. It is much healthier for you than corn fed. It does have a little different taste to it but you do adjust. If you care about your health you need to give it a try. Cool

I eat most things but over the years I've leaned more towards eating more vegetables and meat once every once in a while.

I could go either way.  I love veggie dishes (yay for lentils) but don't hide my steak!
