I would love to learn more about how to make Chinese/Japanese dishes.
Does anyone know of any good recipe books or have experience on the best way to get a grounding in these cuisines?

A lot of AUTHENTIC chinese food that hasn't been westernized is very healthy. But japanese food i think is healthier but out of all the countries china is still 3rd, Singapore is 2nd, so bothe chinese and japenese foods are really healthy, they have the best diets.

Chinese is quick and easy if you do stir fry's. When you start to make the sauces it can be very tricky.
