The best genre of food is Chinese food made by Japanese chefs. The preparation and choice of ingredients/measurements makes it a little less heavy, tastes a little different though but it's worth a try without a doubt.

I love both of them, but Japaness a little better for me, because they use a lot of seafoods

I agree with the post a couple above mine...don't like chinese food but love japanese food. It seems that Japanese food is just such better quality food overall, not just in taste.

With Chinese cooking you can get some exotic dishes. This is because Chinese cooking also use the internal organs of a pig.

Wow, nice question Smiley. I like chines food. My favorite is Wor Wonton Soup, which is Wonton Soup with lots of Chinese vegetables and meat and other goodies in it along with the Won Ton. It is delicious.

I like chineese food. If you watch people who work at chineese resturants most eat soup and are thin.
