I never have the same luck.  If my vegetables turn to goo, there obviously goo.

Great Post--Oops I Goofed.  If I did that I would have taken a handheld blender and made a real thick soup.

Do not add vegetables at start of recipe, except onions.

Add veggies about 35 minutes from end of cooking time.

Billboy is right add vegatables last so they do not over cook.

I took some leftover beef stew and put in the dehydrator yesterday.....I left it on for about 8 hours.  The meat and the carrots were mostly dehydrated, but the potatoes were still in pretty big chunks. 
  Should I leave it in for a while longer ?
