Nice list of reasons to go organic dude. Freshness of chemically unmolested ingredients can go a long way, a necessity for any serious cook.

The difference is that organic producers are taking care of their land and working it to get the last possible perfect strawberry possible. They're not using mass-produced pesticides and fertilizers that upset the natural balance of flora and fauna. As a result, they aren't poisoning the land they grow food on. This means they produce less, so they do have to price their products higher.

If it wasn't for the price it would be all I'd ever eat. But yes, I agree with the health benefits, I don't think any sane person can argue with that.

Thanks for the information.

Slowly but surely, people are becoming a lot more aware of the benefits of organic foods. Here in Miami, the organic stores are always full.

The biggest shame is that organic foods is still limited to people with the resources to buy them. I hope that eventually, these foods will be priced for common people.

But you are overlooking the fact that organic food is the most expensive amongst everything else in the market. It is sad that the processed food has become much more cheaper than organic food and is presented as healthier

This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also know how to make people rally behind it, obviously from the responses. Youve got a design here thats not too flashy, but makes a statement as big as what youre saying. Great job, indeed.
