I look forward to my weekends like most folks do but Sunday morning is always a real treat because I get to cook breakfast for everyone in the family. My favorite is a home made corned beef and hash with eggs baked over easy! Prepared in an iron skillet, I use canned corned beef with fresh cut and cooked potato's I then cook some onions slow and add to the mix and do a kinda stir fry with these. Once that is done and covering the entire bottom of the pan, I make 3 or 4 dimples in the hash where the eggs will be cracked and contained. I crack the eggs into each depression and then shoot a few drops of Tabasco on top of each and then to top it off, I use shredded cheddar on the top of the entire dish and place in the oven and bake until the eggs or over easy and cheese is melted. Then I make breakfast for everyone else! What's your favorite Grin?

My fav. breakfast is simple, post cereal (almond) with cup of coffee. That's really made my day.

Normally have a bowl of cereal and fruit juice. Sometimes I might just have a slice of toast with oats.

A full English breakfast is nice as long as it's not too greasy. Tongue

My favorite breakfast actually varies with season. For summers, starting the day with some sort of combination of cold mango juice, banana or peach sounds ideal. this is usually followed by a thick piece of Bread with butter splattered all over it.

Regards

Freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, toasted muesli with Greek honey yogurt, sliced seasonal fresh fruit, milk and followed by a cappuccino. If really hungry or a big day ahead I would add a slice of wholemeal toast with butter and English marmalade.
