Hi all,

I am building a ginger bread house with a few friends this coming weekend and I was wondering if anyone has any gluten-free ginger bread recipes they could share?

Many thanks,

Conrad

For making ginger bread you will require baking powder, ginger, nutmeg, brown sugar, egg, water, cloves etc. First of all sift together all these ingredients. Divide dough into 3 pieces, pat down, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate. Preheat oven. Roll the dough and cut into desired shapes.
Place cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake them in preheated oven. After cooling it can be frosted as per your choice.

Best gluten-free chocolate chip banana bread ever

My whole family loves it...

preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 cup rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthum gum
1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/3 cup yoghurt

Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately and then combine. Add 3/4 cup of raisins, chocolate chips, walnuts etc. Bake in a square pan for 40 minutes.
