Tea is the most popular beverage in the world in line with water. There are many alternative varieties of tea, including green, black, white, green, Oolong and Puerh how beneficial they are to our fitness?

Traditional black tea does not have as many antioxidants as compared with healthy green tea, although it still has some health benefits. This works as a good pick me up, and is believed to help with circulation problems, because it increases the heat in the body.

Oolong tea, another of  ingredienserne in Tava tea contains the highest concentration of polyphenols (a type of antioxidant), believed to fight free radicals in the body. It is also said for digestion, cleanses the system of impurities and help to relieve headaches.

Well Green Tea has numerous benefits but the most important is that it loses weight quickly and that is why people around the world like to take it  . Furthermore, it also makes you fit and energetic which is important for your body and mind as well . it is free from fats and people like it as well .  I would also like to know from you about green tea for weight loss specifically .

There probably isnt a major difference. That, and teas wont make you lose a lot of weight. They help a little, but people drink them for their antioxidant properties.

Hi,
Green tee is very beneficial for health. I started drinking green tea 2 times a day; everyday, about two months ago and I have to say it really has helped my energy level, mental strength, and skin appearance. I feel like it really has benefited me quite a bit! I actually recently switched to drinking it 3 times a day and I feel even better.
